4.Feature
(1)Finding your body mass index, or BMI, is the quickest and easiest way to get a rough estimate of your body fat percentage. After using a scale to find your body weight in pounds and a measuring tape to acquire your height in inches/cm, divide your weight in pounds by your height in inches squared and then multiply that value by 703. A score of 18.5 or lower is considered underweight, while a score of 18.5 to 24.9 falls into the normal category. So"Healthy" BMI is considered to be from 18.5 to 24.9.A score of 25 to 29.9 is considered overweight, while anything 30 or over falls into the obese category. These scoring categories apply to both men and women.

(1)Pull the tape ruler to level height,measured 2 cm above the navel close to the skin around the waist circle.Select the male or female side of the tape measure (see icons) making sure the correct side is facing.
(2)Using the inner dial (height), align your height measurement to the outer weight measurement.Once aligned correctly,view the inner window for your BMI reading.
(3)The tape measure is colour coded and gives the user a visual indication of BMI reading area's.Green = Healthy, Orange = Overweight, Red = Obese.If waist width arriving at the red range of tape,you should develop a science and a healthy lifestyle,adjusting the diet,increasing physical activity,regular visits to the hospital to check blood pressure,blood sugar,blood lipids.
